Construction Quality Management (CQM)
Construction Quality Management for Contractors is a 2-day course developed by the Army Corps of Engineers specifically for contractors to improve their ability to provide a quality product. It has been developed to help familiarize contractor personnel with the Corps Quality Management concept and procedures. This course introduces the contractor to the following items: Quality Control Responsibilities, Quality Management Planning, Pre-construction Conferences, Coordination Meetings, Submittal Process, Three Phase Control System, Documentation Requirements, and Testing Requirements.
The course involves video training, problem solving, and class discussion. This course is mandatory for any contractor personnel that will be acting in the capacity of Contractor Control System Manager.

Email Training@agcak.org RMSThe RMS course is a 1-day (8 hour) class developed by the USACE for contractors on a USACE construction project requiring RMS 3.0. It is designed for contractor personnel directly involved with daily quality control, reports, submittals, correspondence, pay requests on a USACE construction contract. The RMS class complimented the CQM class and is regularly scheduled in conjunction with CQM. The RMS class has both an in-person registration option and a virtual attendance option (normally WebEx). RMS classes will resume as scheduled with only the virtual option for the time being.
