Excellence in Safety Awards

The ConocoPhillips Excellence in Safety Awards are given to promote and recognize excellence in safety throughout the construction industry in Alaska. Companies submit a thorough write-up of their work to promote safety culture on different jobsites, under different working conditions. Companies or individuals can then also submit an application to recognize an individual's contributions to advancing worksite safety culture.

Applications are reviewed by an independent panel of safety professionals.

Each submission is reviewed on the following criteria:

• Upper management commitment
• Worker training
• Active participation of the entire company
• Special innovations
