AGC 2025-2026 Board of Directors Elections

Each November, AGC conducts annual elections to select its Board of Directors. To ensure balanced representation across all sectors, the Board Development Committee compiles separate nominee lists for each contractor category: Building Contractors, Highway-Utility Contractors, Heavy Industrial Contractors, Specialty Contractors, and Associates.

In accordance with AGC’s Policies & Procedures, Associate Members elect their Associate Directors via an online ballot. The results are announced during the Annual Election of Contractors.

AGC Board of Directors Responsibilities & Expectations:

AGC's Board of Directors is made up of committed members who actively support the organization’s mission and goals. These individuals dedicate their time, effort, and resources, including attending board meetings, participating in chapter committees, and helping steer the future direction of AGC. Associates Election (Online Ballot)

Monday, October 20th at 9:00 AM - Friday, October 24th, 4:00 PM

Each AGC Associate member company is entitled to one vote, and AGC maintains a record of the designated voting representative for each company.

Those individuals will receive further details outlining the election process and how it will be conducted.
