Thank you for being an AGC Vendor!

SET UP & TEAR DOWN: Booths can be set up from 12:00 to 4:00 pm on Wednesday, November 9. Please be
set up and ready to go by 5:00 pm Wednesday, when the Vendor Room will be joining with the President’s
Welcome. On Thursday, November 10th, we ask that you not tear down your booth until after the Vendor Room has closed at 3:30 pm and that all equipment be removed before 9:00 pm.

BOOTH EQUIPMENT & CONSTRUCTION: All Booths shall be constructed so they do not obstruct the
general view or obscure other exhibits. Booths must be self-supporting, nails and screws are not permitted in the
building floors, walls or columns. Booth space is 10x6 and includes a table and 2 chairs.

VENDOR AMENITIES: Registered vendors receive one full conference admission & 4 drink tickets

COURTESY: As we are planning to keep the wall between the Vendor Room and the Meals open on Thursday,
we ask that exhibitors please keep noise down during Breakfast and Lunch as any additional noise can make it
difficult for attendees to hear the speakers.

7:00am Booths open during Breakfast

8:00am Conference Break in Vendor Room

9:15am Conference Break in Vendor Room

10:30am Conference Break in Vendor Room

12:00pm – 1:30pm Booths open during Excellence in Safety Awards Lunch with Jason Charton & following break

2:45pm Conference Break in Vendor Room

3:30pm - 9:00pm Tear down
