AK-CESCL Courses provide required certifications to comply with federal, state and local requirements. *Re-cert required every 3 years
- AK-CESCL Initial Course 2-day (16-hour): This course is designed for all types of construction workers. The course details the erosion and environmental requirements related to construction; How to obtain and comply with the EPA NPDES storm water permit. The course describes the key elements of a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) and provides detailed instructions on how to construct and maintain a SWPPP.
- AK-CESCL Refresher Course 1-day (8-hour): This course provides a high-level overview of all the key topics coved in the AK-CESCL initial course. To be eligible, you must have an active AK-CESCL card or be within the 90 day grace period (begins after CESCL card expires). During the grace period, the individual is considered not CESCL certified, but is still eligible for recertification in 1-day refresher course.

Construction Quality Management (CQM) Courses provide required certification for federally funded projects. The course was developed by the Army Corps of Engineers and is designed for contractors to improve their ability to provide high-quality finished projects.
We are partnering with AGC of California on the instructor-led virtual classes from the comfort of your home or office. Sessions are interactive with real-time feedback from your instructor.

AGC’s Building Information Modeling Education Program (BIM EP) 3rd Edition is designed to educate construction professionals at all experience levels in BIM concepts and processes. The highly interactive virtual program provides instruction via Zoom, and training to prepare construction industry professionals at all levels to take advantage of the benefits of BIM.
After participants complete all four courses in the program, they become eligible to sit for an exam to earn the Certificate of Management - Building Information Modeling (CM-BIM)
These four courses build on each other to combine the latest information on BIM processes and technologies, step-by-step procedures for integrating BIM into the project delivery process, real-life case studies of successful BIM implementation and the practical issues all parties need to understand when using BIM on a construction project.

Why PMDP?
The Project Manager Development Program (PMDP), created by AGC of America, is designed to specifically meet the needs of the construction industry. The curriculum, along with the activities and shared experiences of course participants, provides the necessary skills and knowledge to increase the participant’s ability to work successfully with others to ensure project success.
